Start your day with an early morning stretching and energizing class, followed by a nourishing breakfast. The comprehensive 5 Element and seminar program begins at 9 and finishes about 6:30. There are optional Intimate connection rituals in the evening and free time during the retreat for reflection and soaking in Bali’s beauty.
